Power Search Denver is a monthly subscription service that costs $39.95 per month. There is no obligation to continue for any length of time. You are able to discontinue your subscription at any time.

Is there a long contract required?
Power Search Denver is a monthly subscription service with no long term contracts. There is no obligation to continue for any length of time. When canceling your subscription, through PayPal, the PayPal system will automatically communicate with our Power Search Denver system to terminate your account with us at the same time.

What is IDX?
IDX is short for Internet Data eXchange. It is a process of sharing MLS data online. This process is closely watched by Metrolist and NAR.

What is the Difference between IDX and VOW's?
VOW stands for Virtual Office Website and carries with it strict rules of maintenance,
security, and proven Brokerage Relationship. VOW arrangements require you to
download, secure, and manage a duplicate MLS database (1 GB in size). Instead
of encumbering oneself with these technical nightmares, most agents simply wants
to advertise the Denver area's listings on their website. That is where IDX
comes in. IDX is short for Internet Data eXchange and hovers around 98% of all
Metrolist MLS listings. IDX is, without question, the best source for the most
complete and up-to-date listings of the Greater Denver Metro Area. PowerSearchDenver
takes this most complete listing source and wraps 17 features around it to form
a powerful tool for you.

How do I sign-up?
We have tried to make the sign-up process as simple as possible, but occasionally some run into snags.
The sign-up process
requires just a few steps
- Establish
a New Account: This will require that you enter some required data about you and your company.
- Complete our
IDX Info Form: This form is made available after you have complete step
one.
- Complete our
Branding Selections: Here we help you match your web site's branding.
- After all set-up proceedures are complete - then you will send us your Credit Card info. At which time we will activate your account for the public.

We can either talk you through the process over the phone or send someone
to your office.

How
does Power Search Denver differ from other services?
Each RE enhancement service has its own benefits. Power Search Denver helps
you display IDX on your web site with unique features: Save Searches, Save Favorites,
Schedule Showings, and Tell a Friend. We put the emphasis on helping your
clients interact with your web site on a more consistent basis instead of simply
receiving an email.

Who can use Power Search features?
You must be a broker or an associate broker who has signed an IDX agreement with Metrolist before you can use our system to enhance your web site. Once the enhancements have been tied to your web site, anyone with a connection to the internet can access it.

How is billing handeled?
First, you can create an account and go through all the set-up proceedures without having to pay anything. After everything is ready you will send to us your Credit Card information. We have contracted with a Credit Card processor to privately and securely handel all our billings. It will appear on your statement as Dean Arrow & Assoc., LLC
