1. Save Unlimited
Searches
PowerSearchDenver is unique in the way it allows you and your clients to save
multiple searches, each with its own set of criteria. For example, you could
save a search that looks for any home in Littleton that has 3 Beds, 4 Baths,
and 4 Car Spaces. You could just as easily save a second search for homes over
$1 Million in Golden. Whatever your criteria, you can save another search. Clients
can narrow or expand their search by manipulating the following criteria: Property
Type, Price, Finished Square Feet, # of Bedrooms, # of Bathrooms, # of Car Spaces,
Subdivision, City, Zip Code, and County. Using saved searches, clients can view
IDX updates on a daily basis with one click of the mouse.
2. Edit Searches
Not every search is a success, but it can easily be edited to either narrow
or expand the search criteria. For example, if a client searched for all the
homes in Denver, the system would respond, "Please narrow your search criteria
to get within 100." Your client can edit that search and add a price or
square foot criteria to help narrow down the selections. On the other hand,
if your client has too tight of criteria the system responds, "No records matched
the selected criteria." Again, the saved search can be easily edited to loosen
the criteria. The client can also delete unwanted searches.
3. Save Favorite
Listings
PowerSearchDenver gives your clients the power to save homes by MLS number to
a personal favorites list. Once saved, the selection can be retrieved with one
click. For example, one spouse could use PowerSearch to create a list of favorite
homes. The other spouse could simply review that list to help determine which
homes to go see.
4. Edit Favorites
PowerSearch Denver gives your clients the power to edit their favorites list,
because even the best typist can make a mistake when typing in an MLS number
or a description. The system also allows clients to delete a home from their
list of favorites.
5. Schedule Showing
This powerful feature allows your clients to send you a portion of their favorites
list via email to schedule showings. The client will send their name and phone
number as well as a personal message indicating their available schedule. You
receive everything you need to look-up lock box numbers and schedule the showings.
6. Tell a Friend
Just like the schedule showing feature, your clients can also send a portion
of their favorites list to a friend. The friend receives the MLS number(s) and
an IDX link that makes it easy to see the details about the homes. The email
has your branding and tells the friend the homes were found using your web site.
7. Mortgage Calculator
The color branded calculator is a simple payment calculator that includes reminders
about insurance, taxes, and home owner association fees. We make it simple to
calculate an accurate monthly payment.
8. Contact my Agent
Using a branded email link, your clients can contact you while using the PowerSearch
system. Clients, not needing to schedule a showing, may wish to contact you
concerning their questions or comments. This feature helps develop your online

communications. You can pick from 256 colors to customize 5 backgrounds and
3 text options. Plus, you have the ability to upload 3 images to match your

PowerSearchDenver responds to each user registration with an agent branded welcome
